The Board expects everyone to treat District buildings, sites, and property with respect for the benefit of the education program.  Employees should report vandalism, including graffiti, to the building principal or supervisor as soon as possible.

Persons suspected, found or proven to have destroyed or otherwise harmed District property may be subject to discipline by the District, if the person is under the jurisdiction of the District, and may be reported to local law enforcement officials.  Persons who are not under the jurisdiction of the District and who are suspected, found or proven to have destroyed or otherwise harmed District property will be reported to the local law enforcement authorities.

Graffiti will be removed as soon as possible after being reported, as necessary, to law enforcement officials.
