Josephine Kelly of the Nevada FFA Chapter was elected North Central District State Vice-President of the Iowa FFA Association. The newly elected officers were introduced at the conclusion of the 95th Iowa FFA Association Leadership Conference held April 17th and 18th at Iowa State University.

Kelly has been an active member of the Nevada FFA Chapter since her freshman year participating in numerous leadership contests, career development events, and conferences. In addition, she has served as a chapter and district officer for two years. Kelly also earned her state FFA degree at the 2023 State Conference also.
Kelly is the first Nevada FFA Chapter member to be elected to a statewide officer position.
