Hartman, Lisa
Assistant Principal

Attended Iowa State and obtained a degree in English. Went to College of St. Mary in Omaha for a master's in teaching. Then went to Creighton University in Omaha and received a master's in education and a doctorate in educational leadership. My dissertation focused on integrating personalized learning in public schools.

I have previously taught 9-11th grade English, K-12 ESL, journalism, human geography and economics and financial literacy. I was the principal of a K-4 and 7-12 in my two years prior to coming to Nevada. I have also overseen an after school group for at-risk girls, co-advised the Unity Club, and was a student council advisor.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, Dustin, Leighton and Luke, and cheering on the Creighton Bluejays, Iowa State Cyclones and any Chicago team!
